Vessel Walkthrough
Entering through a transom door from the swim platform with Weaver dinghy mounts enter the large cockpit area with lazarette storage and access to both the master stateroom and covered aft deck above. Mounted to port is a new Tohatsu 3.5 hp four stroke outboard engine for the dinghy. Generously sized cleats mounted on the interior transom area make for tidy line handling free of trip hazards.From the cockpit a four step ladder leads up to a spacious aft deck featuring a full canvas enclosure a wet bar with ice maker snap in carpet and wing doors leading forward to the side decks. From the aft deck either head up to the spacious flybridge or head down into the salon. Three molded steps lead up to the flybridge where ample seating is provided for six or more with a Captains chair companion bench seat and another bench seat forward of the helm. The helm commands excellent visibility and features a fully instrumented station. The flybridge is fully canvas enclosed and features copious storage. Back down to the aft deck and down a four step companion way leads to the salon a spacious airy and bright area for entertaining and lounging. The salon features 64 standing headroom throughout. To port is an 8 foot settee that pulls out converting to a double berth with a barrel chair opposite. Forward to port is the entertainment center with a cable ready 32 flat screen TV. Sliding windows port and starboard provide extra ventilation. Forward and to starboard is a four place dinette which converts to a double berth. The large galley is two steps down and features a parquet sole. The galley features a standup Norcold fridge/freezer stainless steel sink built in microwave and a Princess 3 burner electric stove/oven. Generous stowage is offered by multiple drawers and louvered cabinets. Moving forward from the galley a head with VacuFlush toilet is to starboard and forward of that a generous v-berth stateroom. The double berth features stowage under and a clever bunk berth above and to starboard allows the stateroom to sleep three. A hanging locker and shelving is to port. Moving back aft three steps down from the salon leading through a vestibule with large hanging locker is the master cabin with an island double berth and copious storage. There is 62 headroom throughout. To starboard is a generously sized head with VacuFlush toilet and a true full stand up stall shower. Aft a two step companion way leads up to the aft cockpit. Back up topside from the covered aft deck wing doors lead forward port and starboard along secure side decks featuring 25 tall rails and strategically placed handrails for safe and easy movement. Her foredeck features a pulpit with anchor roller and Danforth anchor controlled by an electric windlass.All interior fabrics and soft goods are in excellent condition with accent pillows and carpet has snap in runners. All interior woodwork is satin finish teak and in excellent condition.
